So Iris has been reading up a storm. We have to go to the library every week for new books and she reads them in bed for 30-45 minutes each night by herself with her nightlight on her chest before going to sleep. She reads anything and everything now, no sounding anything out and pretty fast too. It has been pretty amazing to see the rapid progression.

This video cracks me up because it is so typical. Iris is reading a book to Miles and even though he is ready to move on he is vetoed. Poor guy!

| On a side note - After seeing me write a note to Jeff when we went somewhere, Iris wrote this note to Dad on her magnadoodle, "I am outside at a." It gets a little wonky after that and I honestly can't remember what she tried to write, maybe a park? |
