So it snowed yesterday! Pretty - yes, but so very wrong. So I am cheering myself up by doing this post of the weekend before last when it was 80 degrees! The morning started out super foggy so I doubted the forecast but sure enough it was 30 degrees warmer than the day before. We had a great lazy day having lunch in town, playing at the park and then capped it off by flying a kite. People were out everywhere. There is something special about a nice day when it is really appreciated. Can't take it for granted or squander it!
I'm already sentimental. Good thing Spring is still to come.
Ok, could that skin be more milky?
Iris has been wanting a kite for some time so we picked one up after lunch and took it for a spin that afternoon. It took a few tries for Iris to get the hand of the release but it did go up for a few wild rides before she was bored and we moved on.
Lunch at the coney island. Jeff had to get the mural in: "The Hand of God to Hot Dog?":
Miles' pants got soaked and we didn't have a change. Good thing it was so warm. Had to snap this with the belly hanging out.
Random video of Miles crawling under the exersaucer:
