I finally broke down and gave Iris her first haircut yesterday. Probably overdue as the ends were quite damaged from combing out some major tangles.
Iris getting ready (in her favorite rocket jammies that she confiscated from Miles' closet). What can I say she doesn't like dolls and loves rockets! Despite her expression she was really excited to get her haircut. 
Video getting ready with Iris agreeing that she would rather have her hair really short. She doesn't like it in her face.
The end product - not bad if I do say so myself.
